Corazón began with our food truck, Tacos Libertad, born from a simple belief — that food made with real ingredients, real care, and real love nourishes more than just the body. Now, rooted in our community, we continue to bring that same love and care to your plate on our patio with a kitchen.
Everything on your plate is made from scratch using local organic ingredients. Growing up in Michoacán, Jose learned that this is simply how food is done — fresh, consistent, and alive with flavor. Jade grew up the same way, in a home where food was grown and prepared by hand. Together, they bring that same integrity to every dish they serve.
